Pink Nails

I had such a great experience getting my nails done here! Diane was super friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely love how my nails turned out — the shape, the color, and the attention to detail were all on point. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services!

I was working all week, but Saturday they were able to get me seen quickly. Also this design is exactly what I wanted, but didnt know how to ask for.

Tiffany use to do my nails and I will never step foot in there again. Her lack of communication and customer service skills is horrible. She does not make it convenient for customers when scheduling. There is no scheduling site. She literally gives you her cell phone number and ask you to schedule that way and may or may not get back with you for a couple of days. Often felt ignored when texting to schedule an appointment leading me to call the shop which she refuses to answer the phone and tells the other workers to have mw text for an appointment. Would not recommend. On the other hand, Kahn and Paula are amazing and provide superior customer service.

Edit 2/22/26- I’ve been coming here for 2 yrs now & tiffany always does amazing with any design. first time trying this salon & had a good experience. went for a walk-in full set around 5 pm on a saturday. it was pretty busy and i probably waited about 45 mins. would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment instead of walk in. Danny did a great job i’m happy with how my nails turned out. they look great & exactly what i wanted!

I love Pink Nails! Everyone is so friendly! I love that they don’t rush to get finished so they can move onto the next client. I’ve been going here for about 5 months now after searching all of Jeffersontown looking for a great place to get my nail dip and pedicure done. Pink Nails is the winner by far. They also take appointments which is rare nowadays.The place is very nice, clean, the pedicure chairs are comfortable, and the services are very affordable. They even have 2 little pedicure stations for the kids. Definitely give the Pink Nails team a try. You will love them!
