Pink Polish Seattle

I’ve been getting my nails done at Pink Polish for a few years and they always do such a good job! I moved away from the Seattle area and tried a few different nail salons closer to me but nothing compared to Pink Polish so I always make the trip. I’ve never had a bad experience with a nail tech, they are all very talented. I especially love Annie and Sarah. Jaclyn works the front and is always so welcoming and kind (and always remembers me ☺️). Highly recommend!

I started getting my nails done about a year ago and tried a bunch of different salons. I would leave feeling like I spent too much for nails I didn’t like. I’m very persnickety about the shape of my nails especially and if they are uneven I can’t stop thinking about it. Pink polish is the first place I have gotten consistently great shaping and they can take on any kind of nail art! I transitioned from doing dip to gel hybrid and I’ve loved it. Jasmine and Phuong have done great nail art for me and Annie gave me a great manicure as well. I’ve been very impressed by the consistency of every tech at pink polish! Update - I have been seeing Phuong regularly for about 9 months and she does such a great job! Great shaping, consistent, fast and does great nail art! She’s my go to! And I get to

Great Technicians, But Operations Need Attention I'm very happy with the quality of service provided by the technicians and the reasonable price. Getting a simultaneous mani/pedi was efficient, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks. Parking was also easy and free. However, the front-end experience needs significant improvement. Making an appointment by phone was frustrating; I called multiple times during open hours with no answer. While booking online was easy, I was concerned about the strict 48-hour cancellation/credit card policy. Furthermore, when I arrived, the staff member managing online check-ins was late, causing several customers to wait. Improving communication and scheduling consistency would make this shop excellent.

I always love coming to get my nails done here! Every tech I've had has done a wonderful job. The front desk people are always super kind. Have come here with my best friend and few times and she has loved her nails too! Its always an enjoyable experience!

I LOVE this nail salon- they’ve seen my through so many phases of nails through the past few years (dip, hybrid, currently on a gel kick) and every experience has been great! Lena is my go to girl, I love her attention to detail and she always makes my vision come life!
