One million trillion percent recommend both Skylar and Heather for all your hair needs! I moved out to West Bend in late 2024 and have gone to Skylar at least 4 or 5 times now for color and cut. She never disappoints and does such a wonderful job. Best place to go if you are local to this area.

Y'all Heather at Rustic Knot is a hair WIZARD! Not only is she one of my really good friends, but she makes my hair look fabulous everytime! I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Skylar! From the moment I walked in, it felt like I’d known her forever. She’s so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, and her salon is absolutely beautiful. For the first time in years, I didn’t leave my appointment in tears! She truly understood my vision and delivered beyond my expectations. She did an incredible job on my curly hair extensions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s been so hard to find someone who gets it, but she nailed it! I’m beyond thrilled to have found her and can confidently say I’ll be a client for life. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! The atmosphere, amazing personality, and flexibility Heather presents (to even new customers) is unbeatable and hard to find. I couldn't give a high enough rating as nothing will compare, people will need to schedule a service there to truly experience the all-around beauty and comfort they display!!
