🌿 Hidden Gem in Lafayette 🌿 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while now, and I’ve completely fallen in love with it. Will is truly the best nail tech I’ve ever had — always on time, professional, personable, and incredibly talented. My Builder Gel manicures consistently last four weeks or longer, and he’s an absolute master at matching my nails to my toes perfectly. I never have to spend time picking colors — he just knows what works beautifully together. The salon feels like a luxury spa experience — elegant, clean, and peaceful. There are no loud TVs or harsh smells, just a calm, natural atmosphere filled with fresh air and lush live plants. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a nightmare. I went in yesterday for a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure. The lady that did my nails was answering calls the whole entire time while doing them, she kept on messing up my shape and had no idea how to make them pointy.. I kept asking her to fix it but all she did was make them worse and worse... 3 hours and $105 dollars later and I walked out very very very unsatisfied with my manicure. If you do nails you should probably know a little about shaping and shapes in general... I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I would never go back again..

I come here with my coworkers every 2 weeks and the owner is the sweetest! Best nail shop I have ever been to and he always gives us mimosas.

Poor customer service. I was a bit late for my reservation. I felt bad because I was late, traffic was out of my control, but I apologized and waited. Finally, the manicurist came up to me and said they won't take me and I had to reschedule. I again apologized and explained the situation. I was going to redeem a nail appointment with ClassPass and she said they couldn't take me anymore. She then mumbled something to me and told me to have a seat. I waited another 15 min and I asked her again if they will be able to take me for my appointment. She said I will let you know soon. As you can see, she would not give me a straight answer. I became impatient and asked to please give me an answer. She said only two manicurists take ClassPass at the nail and they were not available to do my nails.

I love Pinkies. It's cute, reasonably priced, very clean. All staff are very friendly and I can always book an appointment same day no problem. The quality of the pedicure is excellent... There's nothing ever wrong with my gel Pedi by the time I go in 4-6 weeks later except for nail growth. The Pedi stands up to time and 10k steps a day lol
