I have come to this place to do my nails a few times and have loved my nails each time I came. The nail techs are friendly and usually know that they are doing. While the place is a little pricey in my opinion, I always justified it with quality service and a nice environment. The reason I’m leaving a one star review is because the last time I went in one of my nails chipped and I didn’t call since I thought it would be one nail. A few more days went by and I noticed two more of my nails chipped. At this point it had been 11 days since I went in initially. When I called in to see what could be done about the broken nails, I was told they had a 72 hour policy that I was not made aware of beforehand. I requested builder gel, but the application process was not done correctly. I understand that every technician has a different technique, but the nail polish was wrinkling as it dried, requiring her to repeatedly file and repaint them. I was a new customer, only been here 3 times but the first two times I only got a pedicure which I loved. The 3rd and last time was my birthday week and decided to get a full set acrylic… I loved how they came out. Why a 1 star review?
