Because no phone number was listed, I attempted to contact the provider through messaging and was immediately blocked without explanation. In an effort to locate the business, I then went to 199 Main St, Salem, NH, where the salon I believed it might be located was closed. Shortly after this, I received an automated email stating that I had canceled my appointment, which is completely false. I did not cancel at any time. I also noticed that the address was later changed in the system from 119 N Main St to 119 Main St, further indicating misleading or inaccurate information. Since I w

The day I got my lashes done, they looked great. The next morning, I woke up missing most of the lashes on my right eye. I contacted Leah to ask if it could be fixed since I’ve never had that much lash loss so quickly with past extensions. I was told I would need to wait for her next availability and pay for a fill. The lash loss was blamed on how I sleep. Two days later, my right eye has almost no lashes left and my left eye is now thinning as well. Unfortunately, the lashes did not last, and I was disappointed with both the quality and how the situation was handled—especially after leaving a good tip. If you’re looking for long-lasting extensions, this may not be the best option

My daughter had her lashes done and before she even made it home they were coming off. She contacted Leah to let her know and Leah responce was less than what what you expect from a professional. I won't go into all the details but let's just say you will get what you pay for. Save up a few extra dollars and go to a professional that will back there work and who care about the customer.
