Tom is an AMAZING nail technician, and artist. I really appreciate the team and their kindness, their efforts, and how much they care about our nails. This is the first salon I’ve gone to that ACTUALLY do the designs I ask for, and at a great price! Cleanliness is top tier, swift service, always someone greeting you! Look at my pretty nails too!!!! I am leaving 2 stars because the work was nice and the customer service was good. But my gel nails chipped after two days! I went back to get them done again and they have chipped once again! I’ve had gel nails plenty of times so it’s not a user error. It’s either the polish or their technique because this has never happened to me before. I paid $60 for these nails even with their discount so for every nail to chip and I have only had them for a week that sucks! I asked the technician why they may have chipped and she said I must have washed my hands with soap when she told me to wash my hands. However, that did not happen. I have not gone back because it will just chip again! Today marks one week since I first got them done so I’m just annoyed and feel like I wasted $$$.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! My plan was to come in and do mani pedi, however we had to stop at the pedi. It seemed like the people that did my friends and I nails were learning on us. They had to redo our nails twice because they messed up and honestly they tried but I paid $40 for a regular pedicure plus $8 of French (when it’s normally $5 at other places) just for people to practice on me. I had to ask for nail polish remover to clean the nail polish left around my toes.The customer service is very poor , we weren’t even offered water. Very Disappointing!

Apart from the fact that the staff keeps talking to each other in a language you don’t understand haha, I want to talk about the actual service. They filed my nails very harshly, to the point that my cuticle started bleeding. That’s absolutely not acceptable. On top of that, it’s impossible to communicate your concerns or ask questions because they don’t seem to understand. Additionally, when I went to pay, I was charged extra for a “shape” service for the first time ever. This was never listed on the receipt before. Every visit seems to come with a new, unexpected charge. I have all the receipts detailed. Overall, this was not a great experience and left me feeling very disappointed.

Went here with a friend after seeing the great reviews. I guess I got someone new or someone who didn’t care but I had a bad experience. I don’t know the name of the tech but she was an older woman. First thing for me that I noticed was it was very unsanitary. She didn’t wear gloves and that doesn’t bother me too much but her nails were super dirty, food was under her nails and I felt so uncomfortable while she was doing my manicure. After the trimming and shaping were done, she took away the towel your hands sit on and my hands were just laying on top of the table with no protection while she did the gel. Second thing was she put my nails under the gel light way too many times. She was putting my hands under the light before i had a base coat or anything. I questioned this but was told t
