Do not go here for a wax!!! I got waxed her a couple of times by the owner and she was great, I then came in for a wax and another lady took me. However she clearly did not know how to wax and was learning as there was another lady in the room talking to her through the wax?? This was never okayed by me and was extremely uncomfortable. She then went over the same piece of skin 10 times to the point I had to ask her to stop and get someone else. The owner then came in and took no accountability saying I should have called before to book because she is better at waxing. In reality they should not take an appointment if you do not have adequate staff. I left in so much pain as the same skin has been gone over multiple times. No discount was offered for this HORRIBLE service

Pinky and her team are so welcoming and are really skilled at what they do! I have been going to Pinkys for over a year now and always feel great after getting my eyebrows threaded and occasionally getting them tinted. It is such a cozy space and they are really attentive to your needs. I definitely recommend their services.

Pinky IS THE BEST!! I’ve been going for 3 years ever since I moved to the city and my eyebrows have seriously never looked better! I always go to her before a special event because I know she’ll do a great job. Whenever I get them done I get so many comments on how good they look :) She is so sweet and I always love coming in to see her

I’ve been seeing Pinky for over three years, and I’m truly obsessed!! She’s amazing at what she does — a total perfectionist with the best eye for shape and detail. I’ve done laser hair removal, but Pinky still manages to find every stubborn hair on my face and makes me look flawless every single time. It’s not just about perfect brows anymore - Pinky’s also become a good friend, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going to anyone else.

I went in yesterday for a lash lift and dye. The staff were lovely but constantly on the upsell train. I did agree to having my eyebrows threaded and a head massage but stated very clearly I needed to be out by a certain time. While my eyes were closed this time passed and I wasn't out. When I asked the time, I was told it was nearly 4pm, when in fact it was after. Then the shock of the the price!! I might've forgiven it all, but holy hell, it was SO expensive. I felt really betrayed and disappointed, as I had felt so at ease in their salon. It's my fault for submitting to the upsell, and I feel like an idiot. I would have gone back, but theres no way I can afford it, and I don't feel good about the experience now.
