Arrived to my appointment on time and was asked to come back later because the stylist was running behind. Wouldn’t have been a problem if she had called me before I left home but she seemed to not even realize she had an appointment scheduled at that time. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

My hair was way over due for something different. I came to Yanett and she was wonderful and patient. It took me 2+ years to get a haircut because I didn’t know who to go to. (didn’t want my hair to get ruined) Yanett listened to what I wanted (got some layers and long bangs) and she did awesome! Thank you so much for literally taking weight off my hair. lol 😁

Worst hair salon I’ve ever been too, to start when I arrived there was a stylist cleaning the floor because wit had flooded because the washing chairs were obstructed and the restrooms didn’t have water, one girl that was getting her hair done with another stylist had to get a bucket of water herself to use the bathroom. Second of all I had to wait 3 hours for my stylist Yanett even though I had a confirmed appointment with her, she overlapped the appointments she had and changed last minute, I didn’t not leave or reschedule because I had a trip a couple of days after and was too close to find someone else at that point, she did not have the right products to use for what I asked her to do to my hair and she admitted to it the next day when she tried to do a color correction with the owne

I had black box hair dye for years! On the first session Carolina was able to get me to my blonde goal! She is always so patient and so understanding! I love this salon and all the staff there!
