Planet Nails

This was a pleasant visit. Do na gave me a great classi. pedicure , I could tell by her movements she is a seasoned nail tech. I am super ticklish so it was so great that she had a flat grating tool, that still removed dead skin well! Lena did my fill & fix! She was also good at her job worked quickly and smoothly and both understood my request. The atmosphere was very clean and modern. Super fast as well for a Friday! Before I added the tip it came to $105.00.

⸻ This place is extremely unprofessional. We originally came here because there was a worker who used to do our nails. After that worker spread false information about me, I stopped coming for over a year. Recently, I decided to give the business another chance and booked appointments for both of my daughters with Tina. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that Tina would be doing my daughters’ nails. However, once we arrived and she saw my children, she refused to do their nails and had someone else take over. I am aware that the former worker and Tina are best friends, and it felt very clear that personal issues were being brought into a professional setting. While having someone else do their nails was fine, what was not acceptable was the way my daughter was stared at the

The person that did my nails did an amazing job. She actually tried to help me and she was super nice and patient. I was a little nervous because the lady that was doing my nails had bad reviews but it was super opposite from what they said. She actually tried to understand what i was saying and helped me. If i had the money i would’ve tipped half of the price of my nails. Thank you so much Katie❤️. (i bought the gems already)

Wow! Just wow!! Katie’s was SO impressive with her skills. She had not only an eye for matching the photo my daughter brought in, but she blew expectations out of the water. I had a mani-pedi with Rose whose was clean cut, executed my design idea without a photo and made it all look great! Exactly how I wanted it.

Highly do NOT recommend. This was my second time trying out this nail spot. The first time was a good experience but this time not so much. It gave very much chop shop. The lady that did my pedicure knew absolutely NOTHING about what she was doing. She broke one of my toenails while drilling off my gel polish. I asked her not to cut down my nails but I would’ve at least expected a file or shape up to align with the rest of my toe nails. I ended up just stopping the service because I was becoming frustrated . As a service provider I understand having new people on the floor, but at least they should have basic knowledge of how a service is properly performed. Nice shop but horrible experience this time.
