Platinium Nails

I love Platinum nails the staff there are very friendly. The place is warm and inviting and it's always clean. Tiffany does an amazing job on my nails every time.

Every technician here is incredibly talented, friendly, and efficient — they work quickly without ever sacrificing quality. The nail designs are creative/customizable allowing you to express your own style, and they shape nails beautifully every time. No matter what I come in for, I leave feeling pampered, polished, and happy. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new nail place and came across this one. Unfortunately this was one of the worst pedicures I ever got. The lady did not spend any time, just rushed through the process. My massage felt like two minutes only.. I was really looking forward to it too. And she didn’t really clean my nails too well. For the price I expected more.

Average quality work for full acrylic set with natural base nail (I.e. no removal of previous nail enhancement required at this visit). The staff was very nice, talkative, and personable. Really appreciated that. The prep of the nail bed before applying tips was minimal to none. The only prep done was file out the natural nail shine and applying the dehydrator before the glue. The acrylic was laid down fairly well but some edges were a little clumpy and not extended to the cuticle all the way. Gel color selection is very wide so lots of choice and variability. Also got a pedicure and it was good. Good amount of time spent on the massage/buffing. All in all fairly average full set of acrylics and pedicure. However not worth the value. I really wanted to like this place. It has a big open feel, plenty of nearby parking, and fresh air flow. Seemed clean too. But wow, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered so many surly people in one place. These women seem miserable, and don’t even try to hide it. They openly bad mouth and laugh at customers; no wonder it’s often empty there. Their workmanship is not great either. Manicure polish had air bubbles, uneven finish. I will not be returning.
