Platinum Hair Salon

I questioned myself about posting these because I do not enjoy bad reviews… but this is what I got when I asked for a balayage my hairs dark brown very long and this was my first time dying it. Virgin hair. I was devastated and sad and the lady kept asking if I liked I told her no multiple times but she let me walk out of there with horrible hair. I went back hoping she would fix it after seeing how orange it was (I even paid for more services) but nope she didn’t. Worst experience ever. These are pictures by the salon that fixed my hair

Best salon ever caili is amazing. I came to her with ruined hair. I'm a natural dark brown that wanted to be platinum and the first lady I went to completely ruined my hair and refused to fix it so I went elsewhere and still was not getting what I wanted after spending $600+ I finally found platinum hair salon and my hair is finally what I want it to be and my hair feels so amazing and healthy. I highly recommend going and seeing caili.....

Shelly is an amazing hair colorist! She always gives me the perfect shade of blonde with minimal damage. I want my hair close to platinum, so that's no easy feat. I love my hair thanks to her!! So grateful 🙏 🥲

I absolutely LOVE coming to Platinum Hair Salon. Briana Hess is my go-to for all my brow and waxing needs! Her services are always spot on and I feel brand new every time I walk out. Kelsey is my hair guru and after my first visit, I fell in love! It’s so hard to trust someone with your hair, but she made it seamless (and fabulous)! These ladies are worth the drive, the time, and you always know your service is getting its worth! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Thank you!
