Platinum Nails

This is place needs to be shut down. They do terrible nails. They are paper thin. Terrible shape. Terrible paint job and they gave me FUNGAS. Do not go here I'm reporting them.

Please avoid sending your children to this place. My youngest daughter went to get her nails done at this place. She had such an awful experience. She went to remove her acrylics & They ended up pulling her acrylic nails off her nails instead of doing a soak off, causing damage to her own nails, cutting two of her fingers and making her bleed She told them several times to be gentle, and they ignored her…They made her nails bleed badly to the point that I had to take her to an urgent care to be seen because she was in pain. No one apologized for this incident but instead told her, "I'm going to cut your nails, and then you can leave." My nails cracked in half the very first week done by the guy sitting all the way in the back and not only was he rude that day i came back the same price i paid to get them done he tried to charge me for a fill_in and was very rude started yell becuase I showed proof of the price i paid him 2 weeks ago when i and ask me to go to another shop I will never give my money to that shop again

I have a regular nail salon I go too but it’s been hard getting there during the week. And finding a decent secondary nail salon on Sundays has been even harder. I’ve tried a few didn’t like them. Tried this one based off the reviews. Mani and pedi was quick in and out in 1.5 hours which is great. So I’m not sitting there forever. I did a SNS mani. Only thing I didn’t like about the SNS is that they put the gel on top. I don’t like sitting my hands under that. My normal salon doesn’t do this. I’ll be back if I can’t find someone on Sundays who also doesn’t do it. Other than that Lin was nice, quick and professional. I can recommend.

Been going here for years . I remember Jan. Mickey and Linda I can go on. I was going to Tommy. If you make an appointment, it shouldn't be an hour later than scheduled because you feel like the old customer will wait Even Longer for your service. NO ! Alice wasn't there that day ..smh.. another 1 bites tge dust ! NEVER RETURNING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
