Platinum Nails

Awful service when I shower my discontent with how the shape and length was coming out Nancy got annoyed with me and scolded me, I then told her she was charging me for medium length prices when the size of the nail was short, the color was clumpy, I had to file the nail’s myself which took longer I arrived at 930 and didn’t leave until 12, I also asked for my toe nail polish to be changed and it came out messy with some nail polish on my skin. I was charged 65$ for this terrible service. Very dissatisfied. And she was very rude, putting the blame on me.

This was my first visit to Platinum. The nail specialists are very nice and welcoming. I was very pleased with my gel pedicure. I suggested a design and the specialist executed perfectly! Looking forward to my gel manicure today 💅

I got the gel manicure and my nails look great. I was surprised that they lasted as long as they did. Normally my nails don't last more than a few hours before they're ruined. It took about a week and a half for the first 2 nails to start chipping, but the rest were perfect for 2 weeks. However, it wasn't really the best experience you can get out of a nail salon. The salon was cheap and dirty looking. The the hand massage was really like someone putting lotion on your hands instead of actually massaging them. The whole thing seemed kind of rushed. I would rather pay the extra money to go somewhere nicer.

I love platinum nails. I have been coming here since I was a kid and they take care of us each & every time. Not only do they always remember my name and details about me, but they are affordable. I have never left displeased with my nails, ever! They are some of the nicest people and so hardworking. I appreciate the precautions they took following COVID. My temp was taken upon entry, gloves and masks were worn, partitions were up, and social distancing was enforced. My mom and I regularly get pedicures here, they’re excellent 😁

Tina was friendly and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. She gave me a pedicure complete with a great leg and foot massage. She used a nice aromatic mint lotion and creams. The massage chair I sat in completely loosened my back muscles. I will definitely return.
