I was able to go in within an hour of calling. I had a great pedicure, and one of the best acrylic fills that I have gotten in Toledo! Finally someone that knows how to do an almond shape correctly! Tanisha was wonderful. It seems like they are remodeling, but the experience is definitely worth it!

I made an appointment online. When I arrived there wasn’t anyone at the door to greet me, but the women yelled from behind the wall how can I help you. I told her I had an appointment. She asked if I received an email and I said yes, she told me if i didn’t get a second email then my appointment wasn’t actually scheduled. I’m not sure why they insist on taking my credit card info online when booking an appointment when they wasted my time and gas driving out there for nothing. I told her who my appointment was with and she replied with “well she hasn’t been here for a while”...so you mean to tell me I booked online with this lady, gave you my card info, got an email and she isn’t even working?!?
