Beware!! The reviews are fake and you see they are over 3 years old. I paid in full and she never finished the services and refused to give me my money back. Such a scam and she has no experience with small locs. All my extensions fell out and she packed my scalp with gel. Who does a reti using gel? We won't mention you also have to deal with her kid playing in the salon. Waste of time and money!!!

This was the best decision I could make with getting locs no one can touch my hair but pluglocs. She has always made me feel so comfortable with every question I asked and she proved to me for the past year of being her loyal client that she is very dedicated to her work and she loves her customers. MY BOO!! MY GIRL!! I came to plug Locs and started my loc journey June 13, 2020. I can honestly say this has been one of my best hair journeys I cannot lie. She’s super dope! So sweet and she’s the only one who can touch my head. The customer service she gives out is COMPLETELY OUTSTANDING! she never lets you down, very upbeat and outgoing it will make 2 years since I’ve known her and been going to her for services. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else BUT PLUG LOCS.

Getting loc extensions was the best thing I could have done for my hair! 8 months pregnant and all! I’ve been loc’d for 1 year and 4 months! She cares about her product and takes the time to make sure her clients are happy! While I was getting my hair done we were talking like we knew each other for years! If I could do it all over again I would. I’m constantly getting compliments on my hair and people are so shocked when I tell them they’re extensions. Best investment ever!
