It was my second time here. I came back because the first time they did a phenomenal job on my nails. The girl who helped me the first time was very kind and sweet, I forgot her name , I think I was Judi or jade something like that, but yesterday the guy who did my manicure was rude. It was a painful and horrible experience. He had a terrible attitude and was doing everything super fast, so much so that twice he filed my nails so quickly and hard that he burned me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he was annoyed. He left the finish on my nails very thick and deformed. He did some nails I got for Valentine’s Day that were spectacular and even cheaper than what they charged me yesterday. From birthday celebrations, their famous egg rolls, and any drink you can imagine, the service is top notch. They employ the best nail technicians who go above and beyond for all of their clients! No matter what crazy nail ideas I have, they make it happen each and every time! Cindy and Lee take time to get to know you on a personal level. First time here and was very impressed. Everyone was very professional, thorough, and very nice. I had a 10 min shoulder massage (highly recommended), felt very pampered and enjoyed my services. Jun did my BIAB mani and Michelle did my pedi. Will definitely be back!!

I just did my nails and I’m absolutely in love with how they turned out! The process was relaxing, everything felt clean and well-organized, and the final result looks amazing. My nails look neat, stylish, and exactly how I wanted them. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Definitely happy with the experience and would 100% do it again!

This was a horrible experience. I asked for builder gel short Matte Nails and did not receive what I asked for. The first time I came I felt they were rushing and didnt really hear what I had to say. I told the stylist KIM that my nails looked glossy she quoted that they would go to Matte as soon as I wash my hand and they never did. I called and told them this issue a day later and when I went back to get them fixed like they said they would do the stylist KIM said they were just gonna add another layer of matte to the nail and argued with me that it was products fault cause its known to do that. I told her I didnt want another coat, she filed down and put the Matte and looks like sand paper and she was very rude about it I can see the streaks and I see my cuticles. This was my first tim
