I've been coming to this salon since 2020, and while some nail technicians are talented and kind, the front desk experience has become a major issue. The woman at the front desk is consistently rude and unwelcoming, and her attitude often seems directed toward certain customers, including myself. Eye-rolling, an abrupt tone, and dismissive behavior immediately set a negative mood. I'm including a photo for clarity so future clients and management understand who I'm referring to. She also speaks to the nail technicians in a controlling and unprofessional way, which is uncomfortable to witness. Service is often rushed as well. Gel polish removal has caused cuts to my nails on multiple occasions, which feels careless and avoidable. There is also frequent staff turnover, making it difficult

Quality at this place is steadily going down hill. I’ve been going there now and again for a few years but will never go again. My nail extensions look like a child did them. They are thick and crooked and looked old after one day. Customer service does not exist here anymore. I was not happy with results but my concerns were fully ignored and they kept saying it would look better when it was done. It did not! For the price go somewhere else or buy a DIY at CVS.

This woman was so incredibly rude, mean and disrespectful not only to me but other customers as well. She spoke incredibly quickly with no eye contact and just wanted to move us in and out like cattle so she can get back on her phone and not be bothered. I remember when I left, myself and several other customers were looking at each other like “geez is she for real“!? The way she grabbed credit cards and exchanged the cash for tips, she might as well just thrown it at me. She just seemed ANGRY that she was there!! (and that’s an understatement) In addition I was bleeding and sore when I left! I let the manicurist know on several occasions that she was hurting me and she also seemed annoyed. I gasped out in pain as she dug in to me as fast as she could clipping cuticles and digging into

Every time I visit this nail salon, I’m greeted by the same receptionist, and unfortunately, her attitude is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Her negative energy sets a poor tone for the whole experience, and it’s not what you’d expect when coming to a place meant for relaxation. It’s also noticeable that the employees seem uncomfortable around her, which only adds to the unpleasant atmosphere. A salon should feel inviting, and this receptionist does the opposite
