Zero stars if I could, Horrible service & management! To the owner & Titania Guzman, My mother informed Tatiana of her desire for rounded-shaped nails 2x. The fact that my mother had to resort to complaining to the manager and the manager’s refusal to offer her a discount or any other compensation is utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, being compelled to pay $95 for a horrible service that she did not appreciate is utterly unreasonable. Consequently, my mother was forced to visit a different salon the following day to have her nails redone due to the thick mismatching duck/square nails she received from Tatiana.. It is highly inappropriate that the manager refuses to assume responsibility for her employees’ actions and mistakes, instead blaming her customers. And don’t worry, we will not

I am new to Las Vegas and have been searching for a new nail salon/nail artist. I had made an appointment elsewhere and they cancelled at the last minute so I came across Polish Me Pretty's page on Instagram and they were offering a 10% discount if I came in same day (this was after Christmas before New Years). I called ahead to see the wait (little to no wait). I did a walk in and was greeted right away in a friendly manner. They were finishing up one pedi and told me the wait was 10 minutes which was perfectly fine. They asked what services and nail designs I wanted, I showed them a picture. They were very clear and kind in letting me know what each aspect of the design consisted of and how much each design costed upfront so I could get a sense of cost (the design consisted of french t

Talent here in every direction. My go to spot, Chelsea is my guuurl❣️Would be lost without her! I clearly am a creature of habit and stick to a theme, she executes it everytime just exactly how I want my nails to look.

I'm giving 1 star because I pay 86 dollars and the nail tech Laura did a horrible job. Even the girl that's did my sister manicure was horrible. I asked for an almond shape nice and they look horrible. My thumb is the worst one and both my hands are different shapes of shape. One is longer then the other. Just horrible. This is not worth the price.
