Went in for an acrylic full set with gel polish; I loved my nail tech. She was friendly and asked me to check her work at every step. I didn't get her name but she has short hair. My nails are PERFECT. It's hard to find a good salon, let alone a good tech; you will find both here! She was really careful to make sure the shape, tips, acrylic, and polish were to my liking before moving on to the next step. The salon itself is clean and welcoming. Everyone working there was friendly and happy to chat. Sincere, honest, fun people. :) They have a great selection of gel polish including pastels, glitter, cat eye (with designs), and shimmers. The set in my picture is a nude acrylic base with the color Chi-Chi on top.
I highly recommend this place. I will not be going anywhere else. I came here for my bridal nails and left beyond happy. They communicated the whole time about prices and styles. They made sure to test the design and colors with me before hand. Quinn did an amazing job painting my design She was super friendly and chatty and kept me and my bridesmaids laughing the whole time. It was a great experience. The pedicure was also very relaxing and well done.
Just a heads up- they won't do designs with regular polish. I didn't know, and nobody told me that wasn't an option when I showed them my inspo picture. So, that made it disappointing when the guy was kind of rude and rushed telling me no. I was nice and just was like "ok that's fine, I can just have it plain I guess". The guy working on the client next to me, I think his name was Mike, told me one of the other girls could do it, just to hold on a minute. I was like oh cool thank you so much that would be great. Instead, the younger guy I already had stopped working on the manicure he moved on to, came back and said "I'll just do a simple design, but that's all I can do" pretty rude and then proceeds to pick out an ugly color combination I never wanted and did some sloppy flowers. I would'
I've been going to Sarah for years now. I get the dipped nails and my real nails do not show any damage. She and her husband have always been friendly and good customer service.
The location is very convenient and the service was okay, but I would like to suggest improving hygiene practices. I noticed that tools such as nail files were not new or visibly sterilized. This makes customers feel uneasy, since it’s very important that each client has clean and safe instruments.
