Polished Barbershop & Natural Hair Care

This was my first time here. This shop just opened. It's a barbershop and hair salon which is great for families to come for their hair care service. I was pleased with the service provided by the stylist. The biggest areas of improvement are needed in customer service. When I first walked in I was greated with a good morning that was kind of cold. For a new shop that just opened it didn't sound very friendly. A couple of the customers that were there didn't seem too fond of me sitting next to them either. Maybe because they were men...I don't know. Things began to look up when the stylist arrived that I scheduled an appointment with. She was late but was very apologetic and professional throughout the visit. I was pleased with her skill level as there are not a lot of natural hair stylist

Kim gave me the best hair cuts I've had in years. She is a skilled barber who enhanced my look, keeping and evening the little bit of length that I still have. Most other barbers take the lazy way of just cutting it all down. She also advised me on a scalp condition that I've had for quite a while. No other barber even mentioned it. Kim had a product in stock that she swore by. I bought it and the results have been great. I would highly suggest visiting Kim at Polished Barber Shop and Natural Hair Care.

Great atmosphere. The barbers her can cut all types of hair from straight, curly, and kinky curly. Good family environment with professional barbers and stylist. Appointments are necessary during the week and you can come in for open chair on the weekends. For an excellent haircut I recommend asking for the owner Kim.

I went to see Miss Kim and I couldn’t have been more impressed with her work and sense of southern comfort sitting in her chair. She was fast, precise, and made sure that you LOVED your haircut before you leave that barber chair. The place is clean, open, and child friendly. Sadly, I have to leave for Hawaii soon. I wish she had a shop down there because I have no problem coming back here again for her great service.
