I recently visited Polished Luxury Nail Salon, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional nail services! The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring that my experience was relaxing from start to finish. I opted for a manicure and gel polish, and the technician was meticulous, paying great attention to detail. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it the perfect escape. The variety of colors and designs available was extensive, and I left with clean nails that lasted for weeks. TLDR;: STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. This economy is too bad to throw your money away on a service where you won’t be listened to. I used to come here all the time from 2014-2017 started coming back every blue moon and again yesterday. I won’t be back. This is the last time I’ll not be listened too for my own feet. I said no drill and no buffing. I wanted no gel polish just a plain Paraffin Wax spa pedicure with clear nail polish. No design. The foot massage says 10 minutes total and she barely did 5. She used the drill after I told her three times in didn’t want to and honestly after not listening and started on 2 nails I just shut up and let her finish. Then she buffed them after I said no…AGAIN. She listened when I said no gel polish though. She kept trying to cut too deep around my

I treated myself to what was supposed to be a “self care” day. I went to this nail salon to get a refill and gel pedicure. I was so sad and disappointed about my refill and nail design 😔. It looked as though a child did them and my total was $140! I was getting ready to just pay and never come back to the salon but paying $140 and leaving with my nails looking a mess didn’t sit right with me. I requested someone else to come up front and look at my nails because I knew they just weren’t right. The lady was nice enough to offer to fix them if I had time, I told her I didn’t but she insisted on fixing them for me. She fixed the nails, she corrected the shape and painted them perfectly! Although I am still not happy with my nail design itself because of the random emerald green jewels put on
