Polished Nail Bar

I went in for a pedicure and to get one new nail I was done in maybe 25 mins .My lady rushed me put the nail on completely sideways, when I told her she said no it’s not (the acrylic was already on) she then cut the nail but didn’t take all the acrylic off before gluing the other fake nail on. It’s still sideways it doesn’t match my nails.

They do a decent job but the colors never match up to what you ask for. I wanted a light pink but instead I got more of a purplish pink. Also we had to switch colors because she started to paint my nails and it would bubble up, not sure how old the paint was but they should definitely not being using it on customers. Not to mention my acrylic nails are all different lengths.

Worst pedicure experience. I regrettably don’t have the technicians name. I was never offered a drink like everyone else there. I would have loved a glass of wine and am still parched. I paid for the deluxe but my service was rushed. If approximately 15-20 minutes total with the technician is the standard deluxe here I guess I need to lower my expectations. The clay mask application was almost comical. I’d say about 1/4 of my lower leg actually had mask on it. The wax treatment was ok but the technician somehow ended up getting wax all over my sneakers. My 5 year old nephew could have done a better polish job. I do have a picture of the final product which I asked them to just take off after waiting in the chair for 30+ minutes to find out half my toes were bone dry and the other half stil

Absolutely horrible service. Complete scam. My daughter walked in an asked to get her nails removed and the lady said it was $10. Then when we go to checkout she says it’s now $20 because I didn’t get my nails done. What type of service is that? I will never be coming back.

manager made me pay $20 just for a PAINFUL acrylic removal after telling me it was $10. prices are way too high service is terrible. 0/10 recommend
