Polished Nail Lounge

Absolutely loved them! Every nail tech is so nice, and they match your vibe. They work quickly and the friendly atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The quality of their work is absolutely amazing, I couldn't be happier with my nails, they look exactly like my inspo pic 🥰

I love this place! I have been going for over the last year to the same place in Bend- Perfect Nails. All of the nail techs are great and it is a wonderful family ran business. I personally get my nails done by Tram, but have had others before and they are all great. Every time my mom comes to town she asks me to get her an apt with Nick or his Wife Kristen! Or if my sister and her daughters are going on a trip they all go to Perfect Nails. Tram gets me in if I need a repair, responds quickly to messages/phone calls and does the best job on my nails. I rarely get a chip, broken nail or have to wait past my apt time. Definitely stop in if you are a local to Bend or just on vacation and need a spa!

For my 75th birthday… I have not done pedicures so this was excellent! I was so comfortable, sat amongst others that were regulars. I can’t wait to go back! Friendly family operation

Horrible experience. Nail tech refused to soak off my acrylics because “it takes too long.” Proceeded to rip them off with cuticle cutters. I winced and recoiled in pain twice before paying and leaving. How is this place in business. Unsanitary, bring your own tools?, dirty, bad job
