Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I visited Polish Nail Lounge in Derby, Kansas, on October 14th for my birthday, hoping for a relaxing experience and a nice set of acrylic gel nails. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The nail technician did not ask about my preferred nail shape or length, and the color applied was not the one I requested. The nails ended up too thick, uneven, and poorly shaped. When I expressed my concerns, I was told to come back for a fix instead of being offered a proper solution that same day. I also developed a rash on my hands later that day, which appeared shortly after the appointment and seemed consistent with contact dermatitis. Came to fix a broken nails and change my polish because I knew they couldn’t match what I already had because I’m not from here and didn’t want to have them go through the trouble. She filled the nails she just fixed with a colored powder that did not match and then proceeded to not take off my polish that I already had she just painted over it! Instead of arguing, I paid and left. I was looking for a new salon after relocating to Kansas, but I will never come back to this place!

Got a manicure and pedicure. Trina was pleasant and did a wonderful job. Polished has a pleasant atmosphere, is very clean and everyone seemed very nice.

This nail salon is the best! The owner is so friendly and so is the other staff. They do a fantastic job and nails always come out looking great.

Ive tried the other salons in town and this one was by far the best. Its so clean and quiet, no overwhelming chemical smells, and everyone in there was super nice. I for once did not feel judged for my choice of nail color or shape. 100% will be going back.
