Polished Nail Lounge

I can't say enough about Polished! Kevin does such a great job on my nails and it's very clean there. I wanted a little sparkly and green for St. Patrick's Day and Kevin did not disappoint!!

I’ve been coming to Polished Nail Lounge for 3 years, and they continue to exceed my expectations every time! The service is always outstanding, and the team makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Snow is absolutely amazing — her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. But honestly, every nail tech here is incredibly talented, and I always feel comfortable sitting in any chair, knowing I’ll get beautiful results no matter what. Scheduling appointments is always quick and easy, which makes the whole experience seamless. I’d recommend Polished Nail Lounge 10x over to anyone looking for top-notch service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 💅✨

I’m super happy with my dip manicure and gel pedicure done by Kevin! He was super thorough and paid attention to every little detail, making sure everything was perfect and even. He was attentive and asked me throughout every step of my manicure if I was happy/if I wanted him to adjust anything. The pedicure was awesome as well and was one of the best callus treatments I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back!

I have tried Polished Nail Lounge about a dozen times and unfortunately I wont be back. The last straw was a $50 dip manicure that lasted all of 5 days. I made an appointment to get them fixed fully intending to pay normal full price I wasn’t looking for anything free. An hour before my scheduled appointment I get a call telling me that they had other people call for appointments so they couldn’t see me and I could Come at 1pm if I wanted. Prior to the most recent disappointment I showed up for my 10am appointment and was told it would be a few minutes. 50 minutes later Snow finally took me. The appointment before that it was a 30 minute wait. If you do chose to come here I would Recommend seeing Kevin as his at least does a really good job. I have Never worked with the female owner but
