Polished Nail Spa

The person who did was nails was super thorough, gentle, and great to chat with. I believe their name was Lucy. I only waited for a few minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon and my service was relatively fast considering a did an add on service to the pedicure. I wish I had a photo of my cuticles before, they were out of control but Lucy did a great job taming them.

I’ve gone here on and off for about 2 years and my most recent experience has me feeling as though I won’t be back. Maria did my nails and the pedi was fine. But the gel x and the polish job was sloppy. I asked beforehand if a decision could be done and I was told initially yes, then when we started she said she couldn’t. Then I showed 2 more designs, ombré and some other design and she said she couldn’t do it. So, I settled on a plain color but the job was not done well and I had to go to pick up my child. But upon inspection, the nails are uneven, the polish is lumpy and bubbly, and she left a lot of that gel x clumped underneath my nails which attracts lent because it is kind of sticky. I'm really disappointed. Disappointed with the end result of the design and disappointed with the attitude of the "manager." I've visited this place before and with simple designs I've always gotten almost exactly what I wanted. They even did my nails for my wedding in 2024 and it was better than the photo. It is my birthday weekend. I made an online reservation and specified that I wanted nail designs, but not a particular tech. THEY KNOW WHO IS CAPABLE AND WHO IS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING DESIGNS. Michelle is THE BEST! I’ve been going to her for about a year or so and she always takes great care of me. The level of professionalism from the entire staff is amazing! But Michelle is my Go To! She always does really great designs and I usually let her freestyle my nails and I have never left there unhappy with my decision. Definitely recommend this Nail Spa. Michelle is absolutely the best!!! She is always kind, does a PHENOMENAL job on my nails, and gets excited with you when you celebrate how cute they turn out lol. I got Gel-X and got these brown nails with the little swirly design and she did so good!! I’m so so happy with how they turned out. The space itself is super clean and has great vibes.
