James is fantastic. If you can book with him, do! He cut my cuticles back spectacularly, which is something I feel like a lot of people leave lackluster. I just got an acrylic fill and repaint from him today (ghost nails). The lemon nails I believe were also done by him in 2022. He is great at details and following photos! James also knows enough English that it is fairly easy to communicate. 5 stars. The fall themed nails I had done a couple weeks ago by a gentleman who is probably in his 40s, not sure his name. His English was significantly more limited, so it was hard to explain things to him. I brought a picture where I had drawn out exactly what I wanted. I got my nails done for the first time (gel builder) for graduation and they came out stunningly. Zhou did a fantastic job in following my found reference for a chrome soft gel tip extension. I highly recommend! The service was charged at a higher rate than I anticipated, but after 2.5 weeks later, I have the bare amount of chipping (thumb and index finger) on my dominant hand. I really love the chrome feature that the pink changes hues based on the light. The gold accents also complete the nail set and elevated the appearance to another level. I highly recommend for special occasions or if you'd like to treat yourself!

Was a loyal customer, however, my experiences became unpredictable, confusing and unprofessional. My sister and aunt got laughed at for having short nails. I did not feel comfortable or welcomed.

The most beautiful set of nails I’ve ever had! They got me in before my appointment time and the man who did my nails followed the picture I showed him perfectly! He paid attention to detail and took his time also while checking in with me to make sure everything is coming out well. The salon is beautiful and CLEAN! 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be coming back for my next fill. Thank you!

You should make an appointment since they don’t always have manicurist available. They have a good selection of polishes. The salon is neat and clean. The manicurist did a very good job, although she was a bit judgmental in her tone. It is a bit pricey but I’m happy with how the manicure looks
