I love this salon! Great staff, great quality, and tremendous color selection. Their prices are fair compared to the other salons in the area (I get builder gel mani and deluxe gel pedi). It's not a luxury spa, but the interior is designed nicely to create a calming and tranquil space for a little self-care day. I always do a walk-in appointment and typically get served within 10 minutes. Though if you are pressed for time I highly recommend making an appointment as they can randomly get really busy! Also give extra time for parking as they are located right in the heart of Carlsbad Village and don't have their own parking lot, so you'll need to use the free public parking next to Bluewater Grill.

This is the worst experience. I have ever had for nail services. My nails are long and pointy. I call i told the lady how much for fill for long nails. She told me $40. I called 3'xs to make sure the price. The lady put power on my nails but forgot about the sides. She tried to tell me because they filed it off. Not!! I kept telling the lady the sides, The sides.

Not impressed with dipping powder techniques at all. I asked for ombré and asked for them not to be thick. My previous dip wasn’t removed properly therefore the nails still had dip on them from before she dipped over and cut my nails down with a drill. I am so shocked and have never had a nail appointment like this before. The lady was really lovely complimenting how great mu natural nails are, however I felt she did not listen to what I wanted. I’ve had them for 5 days and they look horrendous. My dip usually lasts 4 weeks. The pedicure gel change color service was fine on my toes. Would NOT recommend dipping powder here.

I have searched long and far for a good nail salon. They are patient and take their time on your nails. There are so many colors to choose from and the prices are affordable. The location is also amazing you can either get coffee and ice cream next door or go shopping in the cute boutiques.

Awful service. $50 gel manicure done in 20 mins - had to ask for the gel to be separated from my skin, and to go under the nails. She was rude & grabbed my hand with force. Gel was thick and uneven. Had to remove more cuticle after the appointment on my own. Manicure didn't even last a week. She also insisted I show her proof of my Venmo tip. Not going back. It's clear they just wanted to pump as many people in and out as possible over the holidays.
