Been doing my nails at this location since may 17th 2024 & recommend avarage of 3 people. Tech unable to receive constructive feedback about her service into cutting too much cuticlesto the point you bleed & due to this matter now Unfortunately service was denied to me for being diabetic & wanting to avoid a problem. Denied accepted & for sure had to make a review Feedback is given so people can do better not to denied service to others for telling! Her name is Nicole & sometimes goes by the name of yajaira Very disappointed because I recommended & due to my friend telling me she cut her toe & index it became an issue to also denied service to me.

So I want to start by saying DO NOT Bring YOUR CHILDREN HERE FOR A WASH AND SET. I decided to get my 6 years old hair done as she has been bugging me to get her hair straight. My daughter has beautiful curly thick hair. Correction had beautiful curly thick hair. I went to this salon and I watched them use the conditioner no issues. They blew out her hair so easily without doing rollers which to me seemed weird but I let it go. Her hair came out so soft and straight, too straight and soft. When it was time to wash her hair a week later my daughters hair smelled of RELAXER. I notice her curl pattern was gone and her hair was brittle and dry. I was so distraught. They took care of me right away. There is a lady with long hair that is very service driven. She washed my hair and also blow dry afterwards. Very attentive and did not waste time.

They do a good job when it comes to do your hair, however, they could do better when it comes to customer service. I used to go to the same lady, but one day went earlier than usual and was told that I had to wait for said lady (almost an hour), that no one else could take care of me. Like really? Needless to say I've never gone back.

Been going to this hair salon for almost 17 years! And Lucia is my lady! I moved to PA and would drive 2.5 hours to NY just to get my hair done by her. I absolutely love this place
