One of the best spas that I've gone to in Los Angeles in the 90210 amazing body scrub Nily was my esthetician and she is one of the best, did I mention they do spray tanning and it's one of the best in the world.

Complete SCAM. Do not go here. I have never in my life spent more than 60 (still a LOT) on a singular tanning session. I walked into the place wanting a singular tanning session. I did the forms, the lady was nice, everything was fine. But i thought it was very strange that i didn't pay before going into the tanning bed. I naively thought that they had forgotten and i was gonna just let them know that when i came out. So when I come out of the tanning session i go and pay and she says the total is $130!!!! 25 dollars for a little lotion, and 109 dollars for a SINGLE tan. that is outrageously more expensive than it normally is anywhere else, so why on earth wouldnt you tell your customer that a single tanning session is 109 dollars before putting them into the bed. completely outrageous. SC

Sara was very caring nurturing, performing the best body scrub I have ever had, I met Jen best customer service highly recommend this spa for everything they offer.

Trust me this is NOT going to be my last wonderful review on this place. I went for a full Brazilian and Maria was so friendly and skilled with their 100% honey wax formula. She was very knowledgeable on her expertise as well as all the other incredible services offered at the Portofino. She made me feel very comfortable. Luxury, talent and good customer service! Looking forward to coming back for more services!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Portofino was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Everyone was very knowledgeable about all the different tanning machines and were able to suggest the best equipment for my needs and skin type. They were very careful to educate me on the dos and don’ts before using the machines, and stressed the importance of not tanning for too long in the beginning. I especially loved that they offered me free sunscreen for my face nice touch Portofino!
