Post Oak Nail Lounge

I’ve been coming to Post Oak Nail Lounge since 2021. They are like family to me! Lena and Angel are the best nail tech at the salon. Hana is amazing at pedicures. Ann and Tu also doe amazing nails. You get the best service here. Complementary drinks (coffee, wine, water). Service is 10/10!!

I am very particular about my nail shape and color but with Lena she knew exactly what to do and with absolute precision. She did my nails the best by far that I’ve ever had them done at a nail salon. I definitely recommend anyone thinking about getting their nails does to come to this one.

Went in for a refill and pedicure. Way over priced. And tried to charge me $195. No nail art, no fringe, nothing extra. I asked why and she then said sorry and changed it to $120. Still very overpriced in my opinion, especially for the mediocre job done. It was very much expectation vs. reality... and it was not good. I am getting on a flight this afternoon and did not have time to get them fixed. I'll never be back.

Definitely won’t be returning. I got a simple French and a week and a half later they’re cracking on the sides. They also have weird bubbles in the polish (see photos) that are catching dirt, color, or anything else and making the French look off-white and dirty. I’ve never seen polish stain like this. I’m assuming there is something wrong with their polish or LED light, but when I showed the nail tech, she was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care. I’ve had to go back for repairs twice in less than 2 weeks. There’s no way powder should be cracking in less than two weeks. I’ll also add that when I went to get the cracked powder repaired, the tech filed the nail and told me it was fine without attempting to fill it. I’ll be returning to my old salon to fix the work.

Last week, my daughter and I went to the Post Oak Nail Lounge on to treat ourselves. The salon is very clean and bright. I wasn’t going to get my hands done but decided I would go with gel on them and just regular polish on my toes knowing they would take time to dry. My daughter had to get refills and also wanted regular polish on her toes. We were told it would take time to dry but we were ok with it. All seemed to be fine and the massages that came with the services I chose where nice. Then I noticed that the UV lamp was on my daughter’s toes. She said “I guess I’m getting gel”, even after we both said regular polish no gel. When it came time to get to my toes, the man doing my pedicure went to get the UV lamp and then asked me if I want gel even after I had said no initially. I ended
