Gina gave me the most magnificent fantastic 1940s updo with so much delightful panache. It was clear from the way she worked — with tremendous skill and confidence — that she had done this many times before. Gina made my hair look exactly like the pictures I showed her! I always have trouble finding a stylist that can execute soft layers that aren’t choppy since my hair is so fine and she nailed it. She was super nice, efficient and gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend her for a haircut. Thanks Gina :)

I had awful haircut experience with Gina at Power Hair starting with annoying process of making appointment which took 2 days of texting and deposit of 50%. The place is beautiful, but atmosphere and level of service were poor. Messy working stations, hairbrushes with someone's hair on them - I was the first customer of that day, powerless hairdryer, inappropriate conversations between coworkers while doing my hair didn't make my experience any better. Gina started talking about ineperfections of my previous haircut -ok, you are cutting my hair, make it better - at home, I noticed some hair strands were missed and not cut - it is slopy haircut for $105.

I want to preface by saying I understand miscommunications happen. I came in to get bangs trimmed and a color consultation. I’ve cut my bangs many times before but decided to leave it to the professionals this time. They weren’t “beyond” saving, I just needed a fringe added and my layers blended. There was some confusion on curtain bangs and she misinterpreted the style I wanted and gave me a more “rounded” look. That’s not the problem. The problem was that the cut was uneven and essentially a bowl cut. I told the stylist I understood miscommunications happen but she proceeded to blame me and I honestly just felt bullied. I even asked for some tips to style them as they grow out and the stylist responded “it’s not my problem on what you do with them”. I gave 2 stars because she didn’t char
