PowerSPACE & Services - Furnished Offices

Powerspace / Vornado is in a downward spiral the company has recently close 2 of their midtown offices. The space is over priced considering what alternative spaces rent for. The fees will continually raise without your consent. Read the contract very carefully! The contract is a riddle wrapped in an enigma! The technology in the space is outdated, the internet is super slow and limited wireless connectivity. Your cell phone is useless in the space as well, you can't achieve a signal even if you stand in a windowed office. The Power Space / Vornado management nickels and dimes you to death. I have found that the Regus offices are much better with a real management structure and technology to match the facility.

Facilities are nice and clean, bathrooms are clean, and staff is super friendly. Internet service is poor. Maximum public WiFi connections are approximately 2.5 Mbps. In office connections are 2.5 Mbps for $250 a month, with each additionally Mb costing you $100/month. Ridiculous.

Try to reach them regarding canceling my VOP plan, no one answered the call. I’ve sending them emails, no reply.

Incredible views and very convenient location. The staff is second to none and it is truly a "full service" floor.
