PR at Partners - Belmont Chase

I have been going to this salon for a long time. Most stylists are good. Dave ( owner) is very nice. Do not see Jessica. She either cancels appt or finds reasons not to see you. I had an appointment at 9:30 am. Their grace period is 15 mins. She apparently has 10 minutes. I was there at 9:38 an and she wouldn’t see me. Being a long term client of over 10 years and coming here once a week, that shows no customer service or loyalty. She didn’t even have courtesy to come out and say it herself. Her assistant Georgia came out and basically wasn’t very nice. The feeling I got was they just didn’t want to do it. Be careful who you make the appointment with. Johana is great and I highly recommend her.

Had an amazing haircut experience with Rob! Very easy to communicate with and open. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. Discussed what I had wanted and turned my damaged hair to a 360 fresh and healthy look that framed my face. Love it! I will be back and definitely highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks for brightening my morning Rob!

After 5 years of not touching my hair and going back to Virgin hair. I am so thankful I put my hair in the hands of Johanna! She did a wonderful amazing job! Absolutely the most detailed hairstylist you can ask for! It took us 6-7 hours but hey! Look at me now ♥️ thank you Johanna! Ask for Johanna

I've been coming to this salon for the past 5+ years and every stylist here is incredible. Dave and Marisa are beyond amazing with everything from color to cuts, and Rob is my son's go-to for the perfect haircut. In addition to the staff's talent, I am always so grateful for their helpful and detailed recommendations when it comes to styling tips and/or what hair products to purchase and how to apply them. Just make sure to call in advance for your appointments, as every stylist is in high demand and their schedules (understandably) book up fast!

OH MY GOODNESS! I don’t even know where to start. I had an appointment with Lena, thanks to the wonderful owner David, and this is probably the best experience I have ever had! The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. I get very anxious when it comes to big changes and they made me so comfortable and confident! On top of Lena doing an AMAZING job with my hair! I wanted to go blonde after having red box dye in my hair for two years (which honestly I thought was impossible) BUT SHE DID IT! I’ve never felt so confident in choosing a business that will help me with leading me to my dream look! Definitely coming again and no where else in the near future! Thank you so much guys!
