Wanted to get a cut during the recent holiday week. Said I would use any hairstylist. Usually a lovely time at PR. This time my stylist was 15 minutes late. She cut my hair quickly but it was a great cut. Then she gave me to a guy who was washing hair to dry my hair. I would have liked some notice of two people taking care of me since that has never happened there before. As he was drying my hair, another stylist told him to hurry and finish because there were people who needed their hair washed. The guy did a great job but he apologized that he needed to rush. Then when I checked out there told me the cost and I asked to see the itemized cost and the cashier said it would be emailed to me. It wasn’t. The haircut and dry were great but the service was definitely frustrating.

Terrific experience! I worked with Ray who did a great job finding a haircut that works with my lifestyle and the level of daily effort I want to put in. I’ve struggled to find a hair stylist since moving to the area and very excited have found Ray/PR at Partners!

My old hair stylist changed careers so I needed to find a new one. Found Olivia and booked her. It was the most awkward haircut ever... Olivia asked me what I wanted and I told her. She starts cutting in the back and I can’t really see anything. After she starts cutting, she doesn’t say a SINGLE WORD to me the entire 45 minutes. Literally not a single word. But she is talking to her coworkers here and there throughout the cut. Usually at the end, my stylist thins my hair and takes off some weight. But she just started taking off the cape before I could even say anything. Then she asks me if the length is ok… at the end of the cut, after she had already chopped everything off… it was way too short but what is she really going to do now, glue it back on?
