Do not come here they asked me if I wanted a deep conditioner I said yes then they wind up putting a relaxer in a so called deep conditioner bottle and put it in my head now my hair is damaged,falling out and has a chemical smell I will be suing

Every time I come here I remember why I only visit once every two years...because of my forgetfulness of how bad the service is. After several times of stating how sensitive my scalp is and how I struggle with hair loss, I got the most aggressive hair wash I've had in years. I had to resist not getting up from my chair and fighting this person because that is my instinct when someone's hurting me repeatedly. My scalp still feels like it's on fire. Next, the layered cut I asked for...this other person (I feel bad naming her) did it so rushed (salon was almost empty btw) and so aggressively too. Had to stop her as well, as I am recently worried about how much hair has been falling. The aggressive wash and brushing only heightened my anxiety. This person combed my hair all the way forward an

Received a wash and set here and now I have severe heat damage. They do not know how to manage African American hair (so be aware if you are or have AA hair) and the hair products they used were cheap.

I came here about three or four weeks ago and felt uncomfortable the minute they kept asking if i was a new client… the person who washed my hair barely put in work, the lady Ana who did my hair was TERRIBLE. Her service itself was upsetting. She was on the phone the whole time, her hands were a bit aggressive, and my hair came out frizzy. The next day it looked like it was caught in the rain or something and felt disgustedly mistreated. The fact that i have good decent hair… this never has happened to me. Lastly, my hair length is not that long! This place overcharged me only for a wash and set!!! Never again.

My hair came out amazing, I have naturally wavy curly hair so when they washed and blew it out definitely looked and felt good my hair felt lighter and it's always a hassle to do everyday with 2 kids so getting it professionally done every now and then is great and I would definitely come back here again 👍
