Prestige Nails & Spa

5+ stars. I found this salon from their Google reviews. Today I saw Lina for a gel pedicure and she was amazing. I have not had one in a very long time and I’m also a runner so I was embarrassed to say the least and she made me feel comfortable, always checking to make sure everything was ok. The owner was also a lovely lady who was friendly and accommodating to any needs I had. The salon was very clean and bright. It’s in a shopping center so there was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this salon!

Since the new management took over, this nail salon has gone downhill. They let go of all the talented nail technicians who made my visits enjoyable, and the quality of service has suffered dramatically. My last manicure was rushed and poorly done, with uneven polish that chipped within a few days. Additionally, the atmosphere feels disorganized, and the staff seems indifferent to customer satisfaction, making it hard to get help or even a friendly interaction. I've also noticed a concerning decline in cleanliness, with tools appearing less sanitized than before. It’s disappointing to see such a beloved salon lose its charm, and I can't recommend it until they make some serious changes.

Quinn and I had the most wonderful experience at Prestige Nails & Spa. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and cared for. Jenny and Jessica went above and beyond to make our visit special — their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth turned a simple nail appointment into such a sweet memory for Dad and daughter. We left not only feeling pampered, but truly cared for. Thank you, Jenny and Jessica, for making us feel so comfortable and valued. We cannot wait to see you both again!

My daughter and I went to Prestige Nails today and both got gel manicures. Our nail techs did a wonderful job so nice, attentive, and talented! We’re both so happy with how our nails turned out. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best place i have gone to. My mom requires extra help, she uses a walker, has back issues, cognitive issues, etc. And the ladies here were so accommodating. Hannah held the chair for mom and provided a pillow for my mom's back. They offered drinks. I had Tia and she did a wonderful job. Mom had Jenny, and she did an amazing job as well. They were both incredibly patient with us (it's been a long time since we have had nails, we were not up to date with the products used, the designs, the costs, etc), we had a ton of questions, and they answered thoroughly and respectfully. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Give this place a try, you will not regret it!
