Had an amazing experience today with Sam at the city creek location. one of the most relaxing times I ever had. My Hydrafacial was absolutely the best! I really enjoyed the little touches one being the hot towel and all the skin care products that went into my facial. She was vey informative throughout and of all the products they had on hand and available as well as my at home care. It was the best Experience! I will definitely be coming back.. All in all five stars. Thank you Sam!!

Samantha was my aesthetician and she did an amazing job! She’s so personable and makes you feel so comfortable. The treatment she did were amazing and you can tell that they only hire the best at form spa. I’ll definitely be back for more treatments from her!

Sam was amazing! I had never tried microneedling before , so naturally I was a bit nervous... however sam made me feel very comfortable and was extremely informative every step of the way! I highly recommend booking any kind of treatment w her! She is most excellent!

Dr Iorio was awesome. She explained everything to me in depth, which I very much appreciated. She was super gentle with the injections. I felt no pain, and my lips looks very natural.
