It’s unfortunate, I tipped $13 on a $32 mani pedi for service to be done in like 25 min and little effort.

Judy was very nice. She cares a lot about her work, so she repeatedly fixed and re-did her work. Hence, it was a long appointment of almost 2 hours. I appreciated that she gave me shorter, non-bear claw nails. Acrylics were $50, french tip drawing $15, glitter top coat gel were $5 (I didn’t do press-on nail extensions), and had removal of my prior acrylic press-ons (total of $70). They also have a lot of employees (Tuesday at 3 PM) on standby, so I nor the other clients didn’t have to wait. I counted 10 (7 doing nails, and the others doing pedicures). She did drill a little too close to my nail bed where it stung, and I think she forgot to push my cuticles back; I’m not a fan of pain, so I’m ok with this and just coming back sooner rather than later.

Save your money and go to a different place. The picture says it all. A complete waste of money. The nail tech was rude and as soon as she realized she couldn’t leech extra money she hastily finished the job and stated she wouldn’t fix it. My nails have lumps and dents. Uneven paint. Just horrible. I would not come back at all.

I normally go here but today was the worse experience ever! The lady rushed my nails she brushed me off after I expressed to her I didn’t like the color! She didn’t paint the corners of my nails because she was RUSHING! Still gave her tip. Then she rudely demanded a tip for my 6 year old niece manicure in front of her! Just sad and very unprofessional ! Probably will never go back!

Excellent customer service! Even though I came in closer to closing time, Wing took excellent care of me and my nails. I showed her the design I wanted and she made sure to get it to be exactly how I wanted it; she was very thorough during the filing and shaping process as well. I really loved her work and highly recommend her & the salons services in general! Cici gives great full-body massages and Jackie gave me an amazing pedicure.
