Pretty Nail

Worst experience in my life. I’m missing half of my eyebrow because a lady dropped hot wax on my eyebrow. My other avenue was pushed back away from the nose bridge. Instead of an apology, I was told to go to Sally’s and get an eyebrow pen. Not professional at all and had no remorse towards the customer’s feelings. I have never had this happen and I will never return to this salon, let alone that lady.

I went to this place for the second time with my sister. I wanted a full manicure set with a nude base and a leopard design. I showed the lady what I wanted to do, she told me She can do it and gave me the price (80$) which I was ok with. When it came time to apply the acrylic powder, I saw that the color was not what I had asked for. I told her that the set I want did not go with this color (A DARK PINK) and that the application had to be with the nude color. She wouldn't care and wanted me to just do it with the dark pink powder she had. I clearly showed that I was not happy because if you didn't have the color, why not say it in the beginning. I lowered my rating just a bit. The place was extremely busy as soon as me and my friend got in yesterday. We were told to wait 10 minutes but we actually waited much much longer because of how busy. Despite the wait time we decided to stay and get our nails done because it was the first time we’ve been here. Truthfully speaking we told the woman working that we were leaving the place right after to check out the plaza for a few other things so we would be in and out as quick as possible. When the nail tech asked us for which service, we did tell her we wanted a fill and my nail woman had told me that if I wanted shorter acrylics I would need to use a new set with dip powder. Not only did she not use a new set of acrylic nails, but she just used my regular nails and charged me the same plu

Worse nail place I ever visit they didn’t even oil my fingers when they are done the nails are lean and they cost isn’t worth it

Would love to give a higher rating but the fact that they do not sterilize their pedicure equipment between clients prevents me from doing so. I have watch them on multiple occasions go from one customer to another without sterilizing equipment. The idea of them scraping on someone's feet and then immediately going to the next just does not sit right. Please do better! Other than that I love going there.
