AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I didn’t know anything about dip powder nails and I went to this shop to get them after seeing them on tiktok. I showed the video of what I wanted to the man at the counter and was informed that they don’t dip powder there. He introduced himself as Tom. Instead of stopping at that or trying to sell me on something else, Tom began to explain why they don’t do dip powder. He offered me some local businesses that actually did. I continued to ask him about alternatives and if there were any benefits to the dip nails. He went on to explain in depth the dip nail process even going as far as pulling out products for visuals. I couldn't be happier that I ACCIDENTALLY found this nail salon on Saturday!! I was the last customer of the night and NEVER once was I made to feel like I was. Tom greeted me. My 7pm appointment was with Johnny. Johnny did not cut corners. He did my gel, mani/pedi with pleasure making sure to complete every step even though we went well after closing time. Rosie offered me water on more than one occasion. Tom then did my nail design and any last touch ups. As the night went on, we didn't just converse with each other, we fellowshiped with one another! It is not often that I am made to feel comfortable or even welcomed in a nail salon but Pretty Nails and Spa, broke the mold on customer service! I just moved into the area. I'm a person who looks at reviews, so there were nail salons closer to my house but none with the reviews like this shop! I love love this nail salon, I have gone twice so far and each time I made an appointment, they were always on time for my appointment and it is a very peaceful inviting and clean salon. Jenny and Linda are GREAT!!! So nice and kind both of them. Jenny's husband is also GREAT (his name escapes me). I would definitely recommend this nail salon. They made a permanent customer out of me!

Loved my experience at pretty nails. I was a walk in and they took me right away. Linda was so personable and thorough with her work. I absolutely love my gel mani and I am really looking for ward to going back. Also, the prices were so reasonable. I couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely safe, clean,. I've been going there since Covid allowed them to opened. I've had my manicures for a while now, absolutely no problems! Wonderful work!
