Pretty Nails

The customer service is amazing 10/10. But the nails are a little too big for me. And im literally in tears because I have school on Monday. And at first I liked the but after a while it started to look ugly. And btw the picture on picture is what I wanted 🥲

I got plain acrylic, she didn't cut my nails underneath low enough, and they look dirty and the clear coat turned a dirty dingy translusent orange 🍊 😅. Never again..

I've been going to Lynn for over 8years and usually the service is pretty decent, but this time will be my last for a pedicure after cutting my skin with them clippers, drew blood and causing an infection. When I told her about the infection she didn't bother to apologize or anything so that tells me a lot on how she feels about her long time customers. I've recently visited other establishments for a pedicure which are much more cleaner, people are friendly, nice and receive more services for the same price.

Went in today for a pedicure & I feel as if the lady servicing me intentionally cut the skin off my freaking toe, I asked her about the gnats flying around.. & next thing you know, she literally yanked my skin with the little scissor cutters. (Ouch!) Overall nice people, & normally fast service when I go, but today was most likely my last time going. You're not getting my money + my tip to cut all my darn skin off.

The guy does pretty decent nails, however the ladies can't even do something so simple as polishing nails correctly. The skills and training are obviously very mediocre! I had to come home to finish drying my nails because the Iady put so many unnecessary coats and kept messing up on them..I sat longer to dry my nails and was rushed out but it wasn't my fault my nails were taking so long to dry...I've also had a pedicure there before and that sucked too(just being honest) I made my last visit there today
