Pretty Nails Salon

I wanted to give them half star but there's nothing here to allow me to do that , I never been here before and today I came to see how they are . I wish I never came, I wasted my money, what a lousy job . She hurts my cuticles with the drill mill and the foot massage was more of as if your petting a kitten. I had my underarm wax as well and that was not done properly, I looked in my mirror and still saw some hair. I don't think they really take there customers review/concern seriously because they been getting bad reviews but not doing any improvement to do better and that is why they're empty. I was the only one there today and now I know.

I went in for a refill. I am from Pennsylvania, and I'm here on vacation and I didn't have time before I left pa to get my refill. I went in today, and I specifically told the lady that I like to have 2 different shapes on my nails. She said that was fine. As she started doing it, I asked her, "Are you going to reshape them?" She said, "Oh yes, I will.. she then tried to go onto the polish, and I'm like, wait, you have to reshape them. Basically, when i get my nails done, I get two nails super pointy and the rest coffin. She kept asking if that was okay, and I said no! After the 5th time, I said whatever. Every time she was "shaping" them, she didn't even do anything. Then she put the nail polish on, and it was just like clunky and thin. When it dried, it has like a line in the middle and

I am sorry to have to leave a poor review but I feel this is a health matter. The place is not clean. The one nail treatment table was dirty well beyond a day’s use. I will simply post the pictures. I would not recommend this salon.

Horrible! I paid $50 for a pedicure that is mostly on my skin, I got cut by the drill 3 different times, and the lady insisted I still tip her in cash after all that. They did the ABSOLUTE bare minimum when there were no other customers in there. NEVER going back and I wish I didn’t tip.

I bought my daughter to this place so they can do her nails for her Birthday . I want inside and told them exactly what I needed them to do. The lady give me a price. I paid. Everything was great until I got home from work and they charged me for service that they didn’t do. They didn’t use gel on her toes but regular nail polish. They didn’t even paint her toes good. I called them about the service and she hung up on me! I called again an she basically is telling me oh well!! Like I will never send no one here and she just lost a customer!!
