I've lived in North Albany for 15 years and return to Pretty Nails periodically, hoping that with new ownership, etc , it will get better but I'm finally giving up. I had the worst pedicure experience I've had in a long time. I don't usually leave negative reviews but 2 days after my pedicure I'm suffering with a sore, red big toe because the women doing my nails was careless: cut my cuticle then ripped it off It bled and now I'm worried it's infected. Not only that, the polish job I got was mediocre at best. She also cut my already small nails way down without asking me if I wanted them trimmed. I really want to like Pretty Nails but I guess you have to be a regular or hey expensive nail treatments to get good service.

Went for my 4th time, the owners are so nice and accommodating! Love my nails so much and can’t wait to come back.

Second time coming to this place definitely recommend for you to call and make an appointment they accommodate you even if you don’t however, it makes it way easier if you just have an appointment. Just give him a call either the day of or a few days in advance. If they have any last minute cancellations, they’ll reach out to you. Great service. I went in for a fill showed him an info photo and came out with what I was looking for. Never disappointed. I really appreciate. Tony’s work. I’m definitely becoming a regular. They look better in person photos don’t do it justice

Went in for a pedicure and ended up having to paint my own nails due to his work looking very uneven and thick. The male owner told me his paint job looked great and if I wanted it perfect I would do them myself, so I did, right in the salon and my work looks immensely better. He even made another customer get up to come over and judge his work during her manicure!!!! I was embarrassed and apologized that her appointment was interrupted for his behavior. I'll just save my money next time.

Best and most thorough manicure I've ever had. Lowest price, clean and organized shop. Had an appointment for the next day, they had a cancelation, called me, and got me in, a day early. Beautiful job!!!
