Poor service and quality. Never have I experienced such unsanitary and rude service. These are my nails the day after. Peeled and no effort in presentation/quality— which I let slide until I noticed the peeling and went back the next day and politely requested a refund for my mani only (I also got a pedi). They wanted to give me $7 back. I took my L but they lost what could’ve been a loyal customer. Also, if you pay close attention they use the same tools for all customers and don’t follow sanitation protocols and procedures.
The only place I go for nails. Super cheap compared to everyone else and amazing quality. And the ladies are so nice! I wish I knew how to post a photo of the beautiful set they did for my niece but I don’t know how to do that. I highly recommend them, like I said I don’t go anywhere else, even after I moved the commute is worth it
Ive been to many nailshops. These people have no respect, yet want your hard earned money. They will talk about you in your face. They will still your jewelry in your face too & act like it was an accident. Don't utilize this shop. They need to close down. They talk about eachother as well. Very unprofessional. I came back a couple of times before making my final decision. Ive been getting my nails done over 40 years. I be damn if I'm getting disrespected.
DO NOT COME HERE. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon in years. The girl who did my nails was probably 20 at most and completely ruined my nails. Took her an hour to soak off my previous SNS, then she used glitter powder instead of SNS powder as dip. She didn’t figure it out until she was filing them and they started peeling off. Additionally, she was using her fingers to tap on the powder, instead of a brush. I’ve never seen anything like it. I switched to dip on my natural nails to save time. She proceeded cut my short nails into the worst coffin shape ever, making it look like my nails had broken. Everyone knows you don’t cut short nails into coffin shape. Her mother took over, apologized, and offered to give me tips for free, seeing how bad my natural nails looked. I a
I just wanted a regular manicure and pedicure. It was no frills but loved the kind service and the attention to detail. I’ll go back and make them my regular. The $40 for both was shocking but I got more than I bargained for. Great experience for me.
