Prickly Pear Salon

I’ve been going to Prickly Pear for about 3 years now and they have my absolute trust with my hair. I’ve had drastic changes with my hair and normal routine cuts/colors and they always do the best job. Shoutout to Emily and Laura for being amazing hair stylists and Kayla at the front desk for being fabulous :). I always look forward to my appointments! They are so accommodating and make the experience wonderful :)

The staff were all very friendly and super helpful from when I walked through the door. The salon itself was very clean and stylish, and the environment was very welcoming and relaxing. My stylist, Taylor, did such a good job at listening to what I wanted and making it happen. She made sure I understood what she was doing, gave tips to help at home, and was really genuinely interested in making me feel comfortable. I could tell she had a lot of expertise with curly hair and would recommend to anyone with curls in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Elena! Elena did a great job on my long layers haircut & really listened to what I had in mind. I also liked the products she used - they were not overly scented - & i love how she styled my hair. I appreciated the salon’s wider/plus size friendly chairs & welcoming environment.

My experience with Elena was AMAZING! I arrived late to my appointment and she was so nice about it. She welcomed me in and it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend doing my hair! I asked for some lowlights to go darker for the fall/winter months and she made my hair look amazing. She also had fun, patterned foils - I went with the pickles because why not! She is a superstar and I’m so looking forward to coming back! 10/10 recommend ❤️

I am so thankful I found Taylor because she is a GEM!! I went in to get icy blonde in my hair but there was a miscommunication during my appt and I left with a color I wasn't quite happy with. I emailed the team and she got be back in ASAP and fixed my color to the perrrrfect icy blonde. I'm so impressed with the customer service with this salon because they clearly stand behind their work and will help out if you aren't 100% in love the first time. I felt so taken care of and I will absolutely be back! Thank you Taylor you rock!
