I’ve actually never wrote a review before but that was how awful my experience was. I had three nails that were broken so I came in as an emergency. First time customer. I was so happy they took me in as a walk in. The woman who did my nails actually ended up burning my skin under my nails. I came in for a super simple service. Just wanted my gel taken off and my nails that broke fixed. It turned into my nails hurting so much with burns and her actually making the broken nail worse. I decided not to complete my service because I was unhappy and didn’t want to spend $30 on removal and fixing 3 nails. I ended up fixing my own nails but the photos show the burns.

I was really excited to come back to this nail salon because I had such a wonderful experience last time. I came for my birthday and am leaving disappointed in the service. The salon is slow so the nail techs were disinterested and cold. My nail tech was young man who checked his Instagram mid service. All my nails were different lengths and he cut me a bit when removing the cuticles. He went back over the cuticles and I asked him to be careful because he cut me but he still went over them. Multiple techs looked over at us to see us disappointed but no one cared to follow up. I only get a pedicure twice a year so this was a bummer. I am grateful to have been gifted this service but disappointed in my experience. I won’t be come back.

Definitely glad I stopped in this newly opened nail boutique. The owner, Vi, was wonderful to talk to and did an amazing job with my nails. They look just like the picture I showed her! The atmosphere is also beautiful and relaxing, making it feel all the more like you're treating yourself to something nice. Welcome to the neighborhood Pride Nails! Looking forward to visiting again!

Great visit to Pride Nail Boutique. Our reservations were honored right on time, staff were friendly, and the pedicures were excellent. Reasonable prices too. Will be back!

I shopped around at a few different nail boutiques before finding this one—and now I can’t go anywhere else. I’m always obsessed with how my nails turn out! Vi and all the other techs are so sweet and meticulous, and the salon is always clean and cozy. Truly the best—my go-to spot every time! 💖🌸
