honestly, consider going somewhere else unless you have a trusted technician there. 2 stars because the ambiance is really nice, but the service is not worth the price. I used to go regularly for one technician, Sue, she was great but no longer works there. The receptionist, who also works on clients, has a nice-nasty attitude. I've witnessed her speaking poorly about customers once they left. Another technician has also been rude to me and rushed my service. Today, I spent $90 for a rushed pedicure. There's cured gel polish on my skin. I didn't feel relaxed one bit because they were rushing me as soon as I got there. I won't be returning. Might as well go to Tiffany's Nails and ask for Lily in the same neighborhood. She does great dip sets.

I came to prom & posh when I lived nearby back in 2020 and then moved. Recently moved back, and was so excited to be near one of my favorite nail salons again. They accommodated me as a walk in today, and did not disappoint. I finally found the perfect emerald green dip color I could never find at other salons. They were able to get me in for a dip nail & gel polish on my toes last minute and I’m so grateful. The color, shape, & service was great. I’m so happy to be back in the neighborhood & they will be seeing me often. 💕

Best Nail Shop Ever! I just moved near by & needed a nail shop.. they were the first to pop up so I called and asked if they take walk ins and she said yes so I came in.. immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed .. pampered me lol. The service was IMMACULATE! Pedicure was so comfortable! Ms Sue took her time on my nails and literally made my oval shape to perfection!!!! ♥️

Absolutely love my Gel-X nails that Nancy did for me! She did an amazing job and I would definitely go back. 10/10 recommend!!

The ladies take great care of your nails and try to not damage them. They are always friendly and professional and when I’ve gone to other places my nails are mangled after. Love this place
