The owner Mr. K is always so friendly. Fair prices and a good variety of wigs and hair care products. I also love the jewelry.

On Monday, November 13, 2017, I was falsely accused of stealing and held against my will inside of Prime Beauty Supply store. On the date above at approximately 6:00 pm, I entered the Prime Beauty Supply store and was welcomed by a taller woman who appeared to be of African descent; this woman greets me and I informed her which items I would like to purchase. I told her I was looking for a men's stocking cap, and she proceeded to walk me to the back of the store; where it was located and she handed me a men's stocking cap. After handing me the men's stocking cap, I walked through the aisle back to the front of the store, where the cash register was located, and proceeded to pay for my items; men stocking cap and clear nail polish (located at the register). I went here as I was desperate for hair. As I walked in, I requested assistance from the staff (AA descent) She was not helpful at all. I was very frustrated & pressed for time & this was explained to her, as the hair dresser sent me here because wrong hair was purchased prior. stylist was waiting for me to return to do my hair & be able to meet her next appt. Every time I had a question she would answer very abruptly & moved off as If she had something more importantly to do (trust me she didnt, except for gossiping with the cashier). I would NEVER recommend this store.i only purchased my hair from here because this was convenient location

Basic products are available here, prices range from moderate to expensive. If you're not good at coloring hair, this is not the place to purchase hair because their colors are very limited. Staff is very friendly, to me. I have heard other people complain but never experienced it myself. Wide range of gels and edge controls, conditioners too.

This is not a black owned beauty supply store. Not sure why when I type in blacked owned this comes up, but please do not shop here they make their black employees follow around their black customers to make sure we are not stealing. They are very rude I even had the Chinese guy behind the counter ask me if I had a boyfriend. Please I am begging my people do not shop here!!!
